During the months of March to mid November you have free use of the Log Cabin Leisure Club which is situated within the grounds offering swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and games room. There are laundry facilities, small shop and a payphone housed on the site.

Mockerkin Tarn is a cosy log cabin at the Neaum Crag development which stands in 18 acres of beautiful private woodland, overlooking a tarn. Ruskin is one of a small number of exclusive apartments at Neaum Crag, an area of private woodland covering over 18 acres, just above Skelwith Bridge, near Ambleside. The location offers some fine opportunities for walkers of all abilities as well as lovely scenery and clients have access to a seasonal leisure club, a short stroll from the property, which offers a small indoor swimming pool, table tennis, jacuzzi and sauna (charged locally).
