The lodge is situated in a tranquil location with direct access on to the Lakeland Fells with an abundance of walks and wildlife and although it is only 3 miles from Windermere it retains the feeling of remoteness. On site facilities are open from April - October and include a small supermarket, The Haybarn Inn, (a traditional Lakeland pub serving meals, including breakfast, a selection of fine ales and a beer garden) a games room, adventure playground and launderette.
Nearby leisure activities include pony trekking, cycle hire, golf, fishing and a host of water sports. A truly wonderful location from which to enjoy a fabulous activity packed holiday.
